Founded by Jason Dwumfuo - a Level 3 Personal Trainer with a MNU Nutrition Diploma.
A strong background in sports since the age of 7, Jason has been heavily involved football at top clubs and also athletics as a 60m, 100m, 200m athlete in National Championships; fitness is engraved in him.
