  • It depends on your goals and schedule. Most of our clients train 2-4 times per week with tailored guidance on the days they choose to train alone. However even with 1 session per week on a structured plan you’ll still gain progress and see results. We’ll recommend the best frequency based on your goals.

  • No! Whether you’re complete beginner or an experienced in fitness, we tailor every session to your fitness level and goals. No prior experience is needed - just a willingness to improve.

  • We offer in-person training based in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire. Alternatively we do offer mobile training, where we bring the workout to you. We also offer online coaching for those who prefer virtual support; which can be just as effective.

  • Pricing depends on the number of sessions and level of support you need. Our packages and pricing can be found above on this page. Contact us for a free consultation to find the best option for you. Alternatively fill in our enquiry form above and we’ll be in touch.

  • We have a flexible rescheduling policy. If you cancel at least 48 hours in advance, you can reschedule at no extra cost. Last minute cancellations may result in a lost session.

  • Yes! We offer nutrition guidance and diet plans to complement your training.
